Fresh out of engineering college, Mirza Afzal Baig along with a friend started a company to manufacture and sell capital machinery used in the spice industry. After a fruitful partnership of a few years, the partners decided to part ways and Lithotech Engineers LLP was born. A master of designing and manufacturing, Mr. Baig could offer cost-effective good quality machinery to his clients. This helped in the year-on-year growth of the company. After a few years, the growth stagnated or “plateaued out” as said in business management language. He needed someone to guide the company with respect to its sales function.
