Riga Innovations (formerly Inove Herbaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.) was into contract manufacturing of cosmetic products. The Director Mr. Ashok Bhanushali solicited the assistance of IBA for customizing systems and processes for enhancing the productivity of its workforce and increasing the efficiency of the company. Mr. Bhanushali had started a little work on the brand “Inove” as he had the desire to start a brand of his own. IBA encouraged him to take the idea forward. Along with customizing the systems and processes for increasing efficiency, IBA helped him develop a strong foundation for his sales function. Today, “Inove” cosmetics are available in 624 outlets across 6 states. IBA wishes that the company capitalizes on the foundations that have been laid and “Inove” becomes a household name for its range of cosmetic products.
