Technoshine Industries is an organization specializing in electroplating on ABS polymer.

Mr. Ashwin Waghela took an opportunity to buy out a debt-ridden Technoshine Industries and become the financing partner along with a working partner who would contribute his technical expertise and client base to the company. After a couple of years of operations, the working partner sought retirement because of his advanced age. Mr. Waghela was not able to allot enough time to check on the day-to-day functioning of the company as the majority of his time and expertise was required at his other venture Prayosha Automation which is into the design and manufacturing of electrical control panels. He was seeking advice to solve the issue. IBA developed and helped in implementing certain SOPs for the smooth functioning and growth of the company. IBA also devised an MIS system by which the functioning of the company could be monitored without the requirement of his physical presence on a daily basis.

Technoshine Industries today caters to some of the big names like GM Modular, TATA Motors, etc. It has grown more than 3 times and IBA wishes that Technoshine Industries scales greater heights and becomes one of the largest electroplating solutions provider for businesses across the globe.
